These were the first issues to be published on the 6.5 x 8 inch (half-foolscap format), and the first to be called “Light Railways”.. There was a two-and-a-half year break between the publication of No.14 and No.15 when the Society almost faded away. Issue No.15 marked a renaissance in the Society, though you would not know that by looking at it!
