This is a 30 minute black and white film made in the early 1930s of the famous 2ft gauge Sandy River & Rangely Lakes Railroad in Maine, USA. It includes views of various 2-6-0 locos on mixed trains, and two railbuses. Snow plow scenes with Forney locomotives are also included. There is also an engine driver’s view from the cab, riding over covered bridges, fly-shunting operations, and views of stations.
